Sureway Heating Services was established in 1964. Since then we have prided ourselves on our reliability and quality of service.
Cyril Carter, Graham Carter and Brian Devey formed the company over forty years ago. Gareth Carter now owns it. Many of the staff are relatives, meaning you get all the friendly, personal service of a family business, backed up by the reliability, guarantees and experience of a long established and growing company.
We believe that training is very important in order to provide the best possible service to our customers. That is why we employ a great many apprentices, passing on the knowledge that we have gained in over forty years, not only in technical terms, but also in customer service. Most of our engineers and plumbers have been with us since they first started their apprenticeships, and therefore understand the value of good customer care.
We are proud to offer an all round professional service to our customers. We receive many letters of thanks throughout the year.
