As the Landlord of a rental property you are legally required to have all gas appliances in that property safety checked each year. We can carry out all the necessary testing and issue you with a Landlords Gas Safe Certificate.
We work closely with some of the main letting companies in Warwickshire. They depend on us for safety certification, servicing, boiler service, heating and plumbing repair and installation. We can arrange appointments directly with tenants, arrange access with property management companies, we can even remind you when your certification is due for renewal.
There’s no need to pay our gas engineers at the time, we send you an invoice around two weeks after the work is carried out, and all components are covered by a 1 year parts and labour guarantee.
Why not look at our insurance packages? For a low monthly fee you could insure your gas boiler, heating boiler and gas appliances against breakdown and repair.
